2026 Satisfaction survey contest - Legal notice
Participants in the UNYQ Professional Survey Incentive agree to the following updated terms and conditions, including the specific promotion periods for 2026 and the applicable discounts on selected product collections.
Organizer and eligibility
- The organizer is UNYQ Design Europe S.L. (“UNYQ”).
- Participation is open to UNYQ professional customers (prosthetists and prosthetic clinics) who receive the satisfaction survey and fully complete it in 2026, including providing a valid professional email address.
- Only one unique entry per professional user and clinic will be considered.
- UNYQ employees and their immediate family members are excluded from this incentive.
Promotion periods, prize and draw dates 2026

In 2026, the incentive is divided into two participation periods:
- Period 1: 1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026.
- Period 2: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2026.
- For each period, UNYQ will award: A 30% discount on CustomFit Flex covers (transfemoral or transtibial), or a 20% discount on OneFit Flex covers (transfemoral or transtibial).
- All other UNYQ products and collections are expressly excluded from this incentive.
- The draw for Period 1 will take place at the beginning of July 2026, and the draw for Period 2 will take place at the beginning of January 2027, among all eligible survey responses received in the respective period.
Discount use and limitations
- The applicable discount (30% on CustomFit Flex or 20% on OneFit Flex, as chosen by the winner) is applied to the standard sales price of the selected product and cannot be combined with collaboration discounts, SEPA discounts or any other previously agreed commercial conditions.
- The discount is applied to the product price before any taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, local taxes or other fees, which are expressly excluded and must be paid in full by the customer.
- The winning customer must be up to date with payments on all previous orders to be eligible to use the discount; UNYQ reserves the right to verify this and cancel the discount if outstanding payments exist.
- The discount is issued to the winning email contact and may be used either by that specific professional (technician) or by the clinic where they work, for any chosen patient, within three (3) months from the respective draw date (July 2026 or January 2027, as applicable).
Transferability, billing and redemption
- The discount is not transferable to another clinic or company but may be used for any patient treated at the winner’s clinic.
- Ordering, invoicing and shipping must be carried out using the same billing details and shipping address that the winning clinic normally uses in its purchases from UNYQ.
- The discount must be used in a single order; any unused discount value (for example, if the order total is lower than expected) will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
- If more than one eligible product is ordered in the same transaction, the discount will apply only to (1) unit of CustomFit Flex or OneFit Flex products; any non‑eligible products in the order will be charged at the regular price and commercial conditions.
General conditions
- Participation in the survey and incentive is entirely voluntary and does not create any obligation to purchase UNYQ products.
- UNYQ reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the incentive, or to update these terms, at any time, provided that such changes do not affect discounts already awarded; any changes will be published in an updated version of these terms online.
- This incentive is intended for professional (B2B) customers; any mandatory consumer‑protection rules that apply in a particular jurisdiction will remain unaffected.
