Are small layer line variations covered under warranty?
CustomFit GO features an intrinsic RAW FDM finish. Minor surface aesthetic imperfections are standard in FDM additive manufacturing. Structural layer separation is fully covered under our 1-year manufacturing warranty.
Can I modify or apply heat to fit the cover in-clinic?
No. CustomFit GO is delivered 100% custom-fit out of the box and doesn't require any modification or adaptation. Applying heat, trimming, or sanding voids the 1-year warranty.
How do I clean and maintain the cover?
The non-porous TPU material is water-resistant and easy to wash with water and mild soap. Simply dry any metal inserts or screws after water contact.
